Bob Wilson of Arthur Rutenberg Homes has announced the start of construction on his new model, the “Monaco”. The 3 bedroom, den and 3 bath home has 3,147 sq/ft of living area and 4,360 sq/ft in total. The model is scheduled to be completed for the 2014 Parade of Homes.
